Shipping Destinations
JK Secret Cosmeceutics ships goods Australia wide and Internationally.

We use Australia Post to deliver our anti aging skin care products locally and internationally. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1 – 5 business days depending on your location within Australia.

All product prices displayed on this website exclude shipping & handling costs.

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. You can expect your goods delivered within 3- 10 working days, depending on your location and method of postage.

Postage & Handling (P&H) Charges
At JK Secret Cosmeceutics, we believe you should not be charged more to receive your parcel than what the standard postal rates are. You are not automatically charged double for 2 items as is the practice of some organisations. Therefore, the more items you order, the postage & handling charges increase only slightly for added items.

TIP: Why not take advantage of this benefit by ordering all of the anti aging skin care products you need at once? Shared over several items, the cost of P&H per product is significantly reduced, giving you a nice saving.

Normally your items are dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order.
