You will then receive an email with your return authorisation number (RAN) and further instructions. Please provide as much information as possible regarding your original order (e.g. order number and date purchased, and the reason for returning the product).
  

1. Send the product/s back. Please note that the returned package must include your return authorisation number (RAN). Details of the return address will be included in the email with your RAN.
     
2. Once we have received your returned package, we will refund the purchase price of the skin care products, less shipping and handling charges.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. JK Secret Cosmeceutics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
