Q: When can I use my JK Club Reward Points?
A: Whenever you wish! You can redeem them against your first purchase, or accumulate them for later use. It’s your choice.
Q: How do I earn JK Club Reward Points?
A: You can earn points in any of the following ways:
- Join the JK Club To welcome you as a member, you will instantly be awarded 100 free JK Club Reward Points when you register.
- Purchase JK Secret products
Remember: 25 JK Club Reward Points are worth AUS $1.
Every product you buy entitles you to points equal in number to the Australian dollar value of your purchase (excluding postage & handling). For example, if your purchase amounts to AUS$69, you will be rewarded with 69 Reward Points. - Refer a friend (After all, why would you want to keep the JK Secret a secret?)Once you have registered, you can click the Referred Friends link on the My Account page to send us the name and email address of a friend who may be interested in our products. We will send your friend an email to introduce them to JK Secret Cosmeceutics.
You will receive 200 Reward Points as our way of saying “Thanks” when this friend buys their first product from our range.
Your friends can collect their own Reward Points when they join the JK Club. And for your friend’s first order, they are awarded an additional 100 Reward Points immediately as our welcome gift. How good is that!
Please note that this offer is limited to 200 Reward Points per referred friend, but you can refer as many friends as you wish. If you refer 5 friends, you will receive 1,000 JK Club Reward Points when your friends place their very first order!
- Write a product review Tell us what you think of one of our products, and receive 100 JK Club Reward Points. Your review may be published in our Raves & Reviews section.
And if you include a photograph of yourself to show us what your skin looks like after using our products, we will reward you with a further 200 Reward Points.
Before and after photos that are used in our Raves & Reviews Section earn an additional 200 Reward Points. (Please note that product review Reward Points can be awarded only once to each member per product). So you can earn a total of up to 500 Reward Points just for sharing your experience using JK Secret Cosmeceutics!

Q: Is there anything else I should know about my JK Club Reward Points?
Answer:
- Reward Points must be redeemed in multiples of 25.
- Reward Points cannot be redeemed for postage and handling fees.
- Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You can keep track of your JK Club Reward Points by clicking the Account Dashboard link on your My Account page.
- JK Secret Cosmeceutics reserves the right to change conditions without further notice.
